Aboriginal Health Practitioner - YMK (Research) East Perth: Maximum Term | Part-Time (0.3 FTE) Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service (DYHS) is seeking a passionate Aboriginal Health Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the Yorga Moorditj Koort (Women’s Strong Hearts) Project. This exciting role combines clinical care, community engagement, and research participation in a groundbreaking cardiovascular disease prevention program delivered in partnership with the University of Melbourne. You will play a key role in supporting Aboriginal women to improve their heart health through culturally safe care, education, and coordinated health services. T his is a 50D identified Maximum Term Part-time position for 10 months from start date. About the Role: As an Aboriginal Health Practitioner, you will provide culturally appropriate primary health care while supporting participants involved in the YMK clinical trial. You will work alongside GPs, nurses, researchers, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care that supports prevention, early intervention, and better health outcomes.
