Overview Department: Property: Reports to: Property Manager: Supervises: None: Status: Full time, Nonexempt: Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. Emergency situation only: must be willing and available to work evenings. Function: Provide direct assistance with the day to day Area Services property department operation by performing building and equipment maintenance, grounds keeping, renovations, event set up and clean up, organization of supply areas, and transporting donations. The Area Services Office located at 966 E. Main St, Columbus, serves as the home base for the position.
