Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Supervision & Leadership: - Lead and supervise team members during your shift to ensure tasks are completed according to Del Taco’s standards. - Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the team, ensuring high levels of morale and productivity. - Ensure that staff members are adhering to safety and food handling procedures. - Assist in training and developing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles efficiently. - Assist in managing team performance, providing feedback, and addressing issues as they arise. 2.
