Position Summary Under the leadership and direction of the Senior Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Business Partner supports and administers all core HR functions for the Mactac Minneapolis Plant. This role is responsible for implementing HR policies and programs, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and providing employees with timely information and guidance on HR‑related matters. The HR Business Partner conducts research and analysis to support statistics, projects, and strategic initiatives, and serves as a key resource for employee questions and HR support. In addition, this role administers and maintains all payroll functions to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. The HR Business Partner also assists the Senior Human Resources Manager with additional HR duties and initiatives as needed.
