Job Description: The Associate, Business Ops assists in the implementation and in maintaining media campaigns and financial stewardship across multiple channels. As an entry level position, the Associate position represents the start of a media career. This position is essential in the day-to-day tactical and billing management of campaigns. While prior knowledge or work experience in Media is not required, we are looking for candidates that work well in a team environment and demonstrate initiative in assigned projects. This role will be training-intensive, and we are looking for an active participant, increasing participation over time in the position. We also encourage candidates to contribute ideas and insights that benefit our team and our clients. As part of the Business Operations team, this role will be a steward of our operations process across all channels and works very closely with assigned Business Operations Sr. Associate, client in-house teams, Finance Operations, and other teams when applicable.
