Part-Time - 0.5 FTE/40 Hours Biweekly Day/Evening Shift - 10 Hour Shifts Every 3rd Weekend; 2 Holidays Per Year General Summary: Provides professional nursing care at an advanced practitioner level in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Safely and independently administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions for more complex groups of patients based on assessment and plan of care. Requires specialized skills necessary to deliver an inpatient level of care independently in a patient's home. Uses Telehealth technology daily. Duties and Responsibilities: - Independently completes assessment and collects data on assigned patients according to policy; takes initiative to supplement assessment as more complex issues arise.
