Shift and status Part time , 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., no weekends Job Summary: As an Guest Relations Associate with Corewell Health, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and vendors who enter our facility. You'll be responsible for greeting, directing, and responding to inquiries, and use our hospital information system. You'll also assist with transportation services, collaborate with volunteer staff, and maintain the general appearance of the reception area. Join our team and help us provide a welcoming and caring environment for all who enter our doors. Essential Functions: - Greets visitors, vendors and/or staff promptly and courteously upon arrival. Makes inquiry to determine their needs, confirms appointments, answers inquiries factually and directs or escorts to the proper person or area. - Contacts and/or collaborates with Security staff regarding suspicious visitor / patient behavior and difficult families.
