Process Specialist, Software and Renewal Platforms

Job description

Job Purpose: To provide business support on software and renewal platform processes and become a ‘centre of excellence’ for a specific product or technology group. Responsibilities: - Ability to focus on specific processes and identify areas for improvement - Provision of an outstanding quality service - Manage User Acceptance Test (UAT) cycles and ensure data and test scripts are available - Support business with UAT and ensure timely completion - Develop a high level of product knowledge, technically aware and has the ability to provide complete solutions - Ability to prioritize and resolve customer care issues - Promote and drive business through TD SYNNEX’s e-commerce tools - Recognition and appropriate escalation of potential problems - Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Development Managers and business specialists regarding changes to processes and platform Knowledge Skills and Experience: At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do: Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
