About the team: The Merchant Growth team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU. As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth workstreams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
