SUMMARY: BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication affiliate, is currently seeking a Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality systems for medium to large projects. This role involves leading and managing quality initiatives, documenting processes, monitoring performance, and analyzing results. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for implementing corrective and preventative actions to ensure continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Mortenson’s quality system on medium to large projects Develop and implement Quality Management Plan from start to finish Establish and lead quality control initiatives and corrective actions Review project plans for quality requirements before construction Manage Quality Events, punch list, and Non-Conformance Notices Oversee third party design and testing agencies Coach and mentor Field and Project Engineers Train others on Kaizen event roles and visual management Build relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Construction , Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field Minimum three years' experience...
