The Executive Business Partner (Associate) serves as a trusted business enablement partner to the Global Head of Asset Manager Relationships. This position is designed for a high‑caliber professional who combines executive‑level support with strong business judgment, prioritization, and ownership. The Executive Business Partner (Associate) plays a critical role in managing senior leader capacity, ensuring executive readiness, and enabling consistent, high‑quality execution across meetings, materials, data requests, and external engagements. Key Responsibilities: Senior Leader Enablement & Prioritization - Manage complex, high‑volume calendar appointments, prioritize and sequence meetings across Tier 1 asset managers, internal referrals, and inbound opportunities. - Apply sound judgment to balance competing demands, time sensitivity, and stakeholder seniority. - Maintain a centralized calendar of all external asset manager engagements to ensure visibility and coverage.
