Verisk is looking for a Country Controller who will be responsible to maintaining our Polish statutory accounts and related in-country compliance obligations, working with our Statutory Reporting Team and Accounting Teams. Requirements: Skills/Education: We offer hybrid work model with 2 days per week in our Krakow office. - Own the local general ledger and trial balance , ensuring completeness and accuracy of country‑level books - Ensure accurate reconciliation of US GAAP to Polish GAAP books and maintain documentation of all statutory adjustments - Prepare and/or review local statutory financial statement s in accordance with Polish GAAP and statutory requirements - Act as primary point of contact for external statutory auditors , coordinating audits and resolving findings - Accountable for statutory, regulatory, and compliance reporting to local...
