As a Shop Foreman, you will oversee service lane flow, support the development of our technicians, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless service experiences. What you'll be doing: Managing Service Lane Flow: - Ensure walk-in and tow-in customers are promptly written up and logged on the walk-in list. - Coordinate hikes, Quality Control (QC) processes, parking congestion, and loaner fleet operations. Driving Operational Excellence: - Dispatch work fairly to technicians based on shop needs and client demand. - Monitor shop flow to maximize efficiency, reduce guarantee hours, and maintain high service standards. - Conduct active receptions with service advisors and customers to assess service needs.
