ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements: - Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements - Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations. - Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail. - Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required. - Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team. - Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines. - Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair - Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork - Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures - Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service - Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers - Effectively maintain your service ve...
