About the role: The Associate, Provider Operations acts as the operational engine for Oscar Medical Group, bridging the gap between clinical staffing needs and corporate administrative functions. This is a business management role focused on the day-to-day people operations of our provider workforce. You will be responsible for the integrity of our people-data ecosystem—managing the intersection of payroll, HR systems, and clinical operations to ensure the business scales efficiently. Additionally, you will be analyzing data to improve workflows, ensure multi-state compliance, and serve as a strategic operational partner to OMG leadership.
