Role Overview As our Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing performance across the Yorkshire region. You’ll be responsible for effective rota management, supporting a team of Specialists, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and helping to grow future business opportunities. You’ll work closely with Specialists, sales teams, RBMs, and technical colleagues to ensure customers receive outstanding value and consistent service delivery. You’ll collaborate daily with: - Reproductive Management Specialists - Sales & Breeding Advisors and Key Account Managers - Regional Business Managers - Customers - Business Development Managers - TAG Team You Will: Operational & Team Management: - Manage the rota effectively, including efficiently allocating 322 cover days and communicating schedules with approximately 6 weeks’ notice . - Arrange and provide rota cover for holidays or sickness. - Line‑manage direct reports, including objective setting, mid‑year and year‑end reviews, and ongoing development aligned to the Specialist competency framework.
