Job Summary: The HR Advisor provides day to day support for the business on general HR questions and employee relations issues. This role will guide front-line leaders on coaching and supporting staff on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation. With guidance from the Regional HRBP, the HR Advisor will play an instrumental role in supporting talent management and employee retention initiatives. Essential Duties: Compliance: - Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to management and staff regarding employee relations issues, performance management, policies and procedures and interpretation of employment laws, while maintaining a positive employee-employer relationship and promoting a high level of employee engagement. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, create a culture of high engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Partners with front line leaders on retention and engagement initiatives. - Responsible for administering and monitorin...
