Description The VP of Sales will lead, develop, and implement the sales strategy for the company. They will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. The VP of Sales will work closely with other senior leaders to align the sales strategy with overall business objectives. Summary of essential job functions: Commercial Strategy: · Provide expert input into the vision and strategy to be able to execute on the short- and long-term revenue growth goals for the overall organization. · Implement strategies for driving new business opportunities, KPI development, and execution to the business objectives. · Establish priorities, align resources, and implement best practices, procedures, and programs across their assigned accounts. Sales Leadership: · Provides input for sales and pricing teams’ goals, activities and performance to KPIs.
