General Job Description: Directly reporting to the Director of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness, this position is responsible for sourcing talented individuals to join the leading HVAC contractor on the West Coast. This position will apply their experience and knowledge in delivering best in class sourcing and talent acquisition practices to find highly skilled and diversified team members to drive continued growth for ACCO Engineered Systems. Supervises: N/A: Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.): - Successfully manage full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio of requisitions in the assigned region(s). - Build solid pipelines and prospect passive talent utilizing creative sourcing methods and fostering long-term relationships with candidates - Provide expert guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates - Partner with hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies - Network with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees to find the best talent - Develop and tr...
