What You’ll Do: The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for leading, building, and expanding a high‑performing team of Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) across the region. This role drives aggressive growth, oversees recruiting pipelines, ensures ongoing production performance, and strengthens FourLeaf Federal Credit Union’s presence through strategic business development. The leader in this role is accountable for creating a scalable sales culture, expanding market penetration, and managing day‑to‑day execution of sales strategies. Core Contributions: - Recruit, Build, and Scale a High‑Performing MLO Team - Manage recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and hiring of Mortgage Loan Officers throughout the region. - Build sustainable recruiting channels and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. - Lead onboarding, performance ramp‑up, and integration of new MLOs to ensure early and ongoing production success. - Drive Production Growth and Sales Executi...
