Centria Healthcare – Now Hiring CNAs & HHAs Ongoing: Every other weekend (Sat/Sun, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) - Location: Ann Arbor, MI Case Overview: We are looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver to support a kind woman during her bi-weekly home visits with her son. The client normally resides in a group home but returns to her private residence every other weekend to maintain her family bond. Because the client has a history of a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), she requires steady supervision to ensure her safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Safety & Supervision: Due to impulsivity and forgetfulness from a head injury, the client cannot be left alone . Mobility Assistance: Providing "stand-by assist" as the client uses a walker or cane; she is a high fall risk. Daily Living Support: Assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. Household Management: Light housekeeping and meal preparation for the client and her son. Wound Care Oversight: The client is currently independent with her own wound care (buttocks), but the caregiver should monitor for any changes or needs.
