Job Duties: Vice President, Asset Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Dallas, Texas. Oversee a portfolio of real estate investments, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) equity and structured debt investments, focused on affordable housing, mixed-use developments, and community serving assets. Direct the implementation of enterprise platforms to institutionalize asset valuation, financial reporting, and portfolio performance tracking, driving consistency and transparency across investment operations. Oversee the execution of asset-level business plans, including construction, lease-up, stabilized operations, and Year 15 exit planning, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptions and long-term investment goals. Build and manage relationships with developers, joint venture partners, property managers, and consultants, providing strategic direction, setting performance benchmark, and approving financial and operational deliverables.
