Are you passionate about construction safety and want to be part of major infrastructure projects? We’re looking for an Assistant Safety Manager II to support high-impact aviation construction projects in Los Angeles. Salary Range: $165K/Year-$180K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications Key Responsibilities: - Partner with contractors, inspectors, and project teams to ensure effective safety programs are implemented - Perform daily site walks and safety inspections across active construction projects - Conduct Task Hazard Analysis (THA) audits and document safety observations - Review and evaluate contractor Safety Plans and compliance - Monitor safety performance, incident reports, and corrective actions - Support compliance with Cal OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Participate in safety meetings, including project safety committees and training sessions - Assist in promoting a proactive, behavior-based safety culture - Prepare clear, detailed safety reports and documentation Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of construct...
