Data Center Facilities Operations Manager - Mechanical (M2)

Job description

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAHs, AHUs, CDUs, fan walls, and associated controls, ensuring uptime is protected and work is executed safely, consistently, and to Oracle standards. This role is focused on day-to-day plant operations and service execution rather than long-range design authority. Eligibility and Location Requirements: This position requires U.S. citizenship and is located onsite in Saline, Michigan. Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle's relocation policies. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, maintenance, and service execution for critical mechanical and HVAC infrastructure. Own mechanical plant readiness, including preventive maintenance, corrective work, inspections, restoration activities, and maintenance backlog management. Serve as the primary site point of contact and technical lead for mechanical systems, including incident escalation and operational decision support.
