Description Job Summary: Feldmeier Equipment is seeking a Training Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve training programs across our manufacturing and operations teams. This role is highly hands-on and will work directly on the shop floor to ensure employees are trained on safety, quality, processes, and equipment specific to stainless steel tank fabrication and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to translate technical processes into effective, practical training that supports safety, productivity, and quality goals. Requirements: Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Delivery: - Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for production, welding, fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and operations personnel. - Conduct new hire onboarding and job-specific training, including safety, quality standards, and work instructions. - Create and update training materials such as SOPs, work instructions, visual aids, and on-the-job training checklists. - Partner with supervisors and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects current processes and equipment.
