Fresh Food Area Manager As a Fresh Food Area Manager, you will manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of the stores by overseeing all operational aspects of Fresh Food for each store, driving sales, and minimising costs. Building relationships with suppliers, store managers, and key fresh personnel in designated stores and working closely with them to deliver the fresh offer in-store. Working with suppliers, store managers and fresh teams to optimize sales, margin, participation, and profitability across the fresh areas. Supporting stores with the implementation of best practices through store visits, monitoring, observation, and in-store training of key fresh staff. Ensuring all customer service initiatives are in place, handling any issues efficiently and professionally. Training, challenging, motivating, encouraging, and providing constructive guidance to store managers and the team related to all fresh departments.
