Benefits: As a Sales Associate , you will be responsible for driving sales for a territory of KidStrong centers. In this critical position, the Sales Associate must demonstrate a deep understanding of the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals with a commission bonus structure in place. The Sales Associate must have a laser focus on meeting and exceeding numbers and be obsessed with lead generation and follow up. Flawless maintenance of company generated leads is a must. Dedication to building the lead pipeline through community engagement and self-generated partnerships is required. The Sales Associate must execute sound communication with the centers they support in order to ensure observations, trials, and new members receive a world-class experience when starting their KidStrong journey. Exceptional Sales Associate will maintain great relationships with families they enroll in order to drive retention and to serve as an ongoing source of referrals.
