Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician II (MT2) Department: Property Management: Reports To: Director of Facilities and Assigned Senior Property Manager FLSA Status: Non-exempt: Approved By: Human Resources Manager: Approved Date: 3/30/2026: Summary Provides coordination for managing staff, work order system, ordering maintenance supplies, scheduling maintenance vendors and maintaining an inventory of supplies for assigned properties. Provides supervisory, training, and support for Maintenance Technician I (MT1) positions. Maintains and repairs physical structures of assigned properties and maintains grounds by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs work orders in a safe and timely manner, which may include, in order of priority, emergency, on-call, make-ready, preventative, inspection, routine or resident request repairs. Inspects property for improvements and repairs and review with supervisor; immediately reporting unsafe conditions.
