This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment using tools such as staple guns and hot melt equipment. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Start and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift Control and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met Assemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools Monitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays Follow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly Inspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break.
