MH: Diagnostic Radiology- ( Full Time, Varied Shift) - ***This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to a $3000.*** Job Summary: The Radiologic Specialist provides nurturing, compassionate and personalized patient-centered care in an environment that focuses on healing body, mind and spirit. Works under the supervision of the Radiology Director. Administers Roentgen rays to patients, operates X-ray equipment, processes images, and prepares patient's room, equipment, supplies and medications. Operates all equipment in the department. Performs a variety of advanced procedures that require independent judgment and technical expertise with initiative. Assumes full responsibility for all assigned areas in the department. Assists and maintains training and education in radiology department as well as within specific modality. Takes call and hours may vary according to assignment. Performs other duties as needed. Education and Experience: Completion of an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited Radiologic Technologist Program required.
