Overview Detail oriented individual required for conducting the testing of Raw Materials and Finished Product for US Based Concentrate Manufacturing Plant managing microbiological testing. Responsibilities: - Delivers accurate and timely results of all raw materials and semi-finished components so that dispositions can be made ensuring no down time to the Operations Team - Conduct micro testing of raw materials and finished products - Oversee site micro testing program, including: retrieving samples, plating, water testing, CIP validations and interpreting results - Ability to analyze and interpret data, reporting results orally and in written documentation - Maintains all records in accordance with PepsiCo protocol - Maintains the stock of all Micro Lab consumables - Leading by example with a clear commitment to personal safety, process safety, and food safety - Ability to analyze and process high volumes of information and manage multiple priorities in a timely manner, with precise attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and follow-through in problem-solving - Compliance with all GMP, OSHA and Plant Safety Policies. - Responsible for maintaining and complying with all app...
