As the Senior Officer – Strategic Writing, Tenders and Policy, you’ll create clear, compelling, evidence-based content that supports tenders, grants, policy development, and key organisational documents. Working within the Centre for Excellence, you’ll turn practice, research, data, and operational insights into well-structured writing that tells a strong story. You’ll also support managers and subject matter experts to strengthen the quality and clarity of their work. This includes drafting and refining policies, procedures, business cases, proposals, and submissions, as well as supporting review and approval processes. You bring: - Strong writing and structuring capability - Relevant qualification in community services, human services, quality, business administration, project support, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience - Experience in tenders, grants, policy or reports - Ability to synthesise complex information and deliver to deadlines...
