Required Experience: - Previous Labor Relations experience – transportation industry preferred. - Excellent analytical, problem solving, and reporting skills. - Strong computer skills (LaborSoft, Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of office practices, recordkeeping, data management and tracking systems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Customer service-oriented and capable of working effectively with staff and the public. - Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing deadlines. - Ability to multitask in a faced-paced environment.
