Overview The Regional Operations Director ensures the effective, compliant, and mission‑driven operation of all affordable housing communities within the DePaul Properties portfolio. This role oversees daily site operations, supports staff, and ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements for housing programs serving income‑eligible residents and individuals with special needs. As the organization grows, the Regional Operations Director will play a key role in strengthening systems, supporting teams, and collaborating closely with the Vice President of Properties and the broader DePaul organization.
