What You'll Do: - Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management - Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process - Provide quality control and training of team members - Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home - Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold - Safely pack and unpack goods - Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items - And more, no 2 days are alike! - Start hourly based on experience Why People Love...
