Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in sales, with 3 years of experience in a sales management role. - Experience building sales teams and defining sales culture. - Experience in people management, identifying, attracting, and developing a team and creating a team culture. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree. - Ability to support, inspire, and grow your team and customers. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to participate directly and help teams understand performance data, identify opportunities, and land and scale success, with excellent problem-solving skills. - Ability to identify issues and priorities to escalate regionally/globally and to product teams. - Ability to develop and deliver a joint business strategy that is dynamic and balances short-term delivery with longer term sustainable success, and excellent strategic and commercial acumen.
