Lovisa is fast-fashion Retail Lovisa is global, and its growth is infectiously energetic Responsibilities: Actively support the Piercing Operations Manager EMEA in delivering measurables and piercing vision across your markets Be a brand ambassador for Lovisa piercing Priority purpose will be to sell in store, and therefore actively contributing to sales mix and contribution. Train and develop the teams and ignite passion for the pierce Support in training rollouts and sign-offs for new store openings 100% compliance across your designated market on learning and development modules and sign off compliance of new store managers Flexible approach to working across the country in multiple sites. This role will require a lot of travelling for 4-5 days of your working week. Sign off Piercing champions across the regions To be successful you will have: Data entry skills Excel proficient: Strong communication skills at all levels Proficiency in French and English: High attention to detail: Interest in beauty , piercing or jewellery industry You will not focus on what cannot be done, you will have positive focus on what can be done Urgency.
