The Short-Term Follow-Up Newborn Screening Nurse Supervisor position is mission-critical as it provides additional leadership within the program to maintain efficiency of result reporting and case management workflows. This position will provide direct supervision to the five Short-Term Follow-Up nurses, including supervision of weekly caseload reports, performance evaluations, and direct management of leave requests and scheduling needs.
