Role Purpose: As a Menzies Aviation Ramp Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the unloading and loading of luggage, freight and cargo on and off commercial aircraft. The Ramp Supervisor will also drive and operate small specialized commercial vehicles. This position will require heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and stretching. What you will be doing: - Supervise and support lead ramp agents , including mentoring, conducting shift briefings, ramp agent resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. - Handle personnel processes such as interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and addressing complaints and resolving problems as needed for violations of company policy. - Complete administrative tasks , including shift reports, timecard signing, and disciplinary incident and/or termina...
