Responsibilities: - Required experience scaling 3+ cafe openings nationwide. - Strong financial acumen. Understands P&Ls, margins, unit economics. - Experience leading teams to run and operate a cafe/brick-and-mortar storefront. - Open new cafe locations and drive expansion strategy globally. - Build systems/processes for global scale. - You have startup and/or founder experience.
