Program Manager – Change Communications, Executive Storytelling & Effectiveness Description -: Role Summary: The Principal, Communications Program Management & Executive Storytelling is a senior communications leader operating at the intersection of enterprise change, sustainability, and supply chain strategy . This role supports both the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) and the SVP of Supply Chain Planning , shaping how complex strategies, transformations, and priorities are understood, communicated, and adopted across HP. This position blends change management, executive communications, program storytelling, and internal engagement , with an added emphasis on sustainability narratives, external thought leadership, and organizational effectiveness . The ideal candidate brings strong credibility with senior leaders, exceptional writing and storytelling skills, comfort on executive and external stages, and the judgment to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
