Director, Client Executive (Securities Finance)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Executive join our Securities Finance Client Coverage team. This role is located in New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Success will be measured by the number and quality of new mandates originated; net revenue growth achieved through integrated Prime & Borrow+ and L&F cross‑sell solutions; demonstrable optimization outcomes—such as improvements in cost of funds, collateral efficiency, and balance sheet impact; onboarding speed and documentation completeness; and client satisfaction evidenced by the depth of senior relationships and engagement outcomes from events and roundtables. - Originate and grow hedge fund client relationships by structuring margin/collateral/financing solutions, leading senior prospect and diligence discussions, and driving cross-sell across BNY’s Prime & Borrow+ and broader Liquidity & Financing offerings. - Develop and execute coverage plans for top-tier hedge fund and alternative asset manager prospects, including targeting, pipeline management, and conversion to mandate. - Lead senior-level engagement (CIO/COO/CFO) across the prospect lifecycle—initial ou...
