Business Systems Analyst SEIU Local 1000 is a cutting-edge labor union representing approximately 96,000 state employees throughout California. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our IT Department in Sacramento, CA who will perform duties of a highly technical nature involving project/process management and the operation of the business systems programs. This position is the primary administrator and analyst for COMPASS, our Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, while also driving data reporting strategy and database development initiatives. Duties: - Working independently as a high-level technical specialist, analyzing data, processes, work-flow and system interactions, identifying problems, reasoning logically, drawing valid conclusions, and developing effective solutions. - Advising and training staff and members on matters regarding use of business systems services and technical data needs; providing quality controls for routine computer services, including the coordination and functionality. - Coordinating the work of support staff. - Performing other related duties as required.
