You will welcome and take care of customers from check-in to check-out with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure a WOW effect and anticipate and respond to customers' needs. As an Insider and a brand Ambassador, you will advise guests on the hotel's services, terms and conditions, and any other requirements to ensure a memorable experience. You will be responsible for the communication with the guests by phone or email and report the necessary information to the different departments of the hotel.
