Responsibilities & Qualifications: The Novelis Bay Minette, AL team is seeking a Mechanic to work in the Bay Minette facility. This role will report to the Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability & Automation (EMRA) Leader of the hiring Manufacturing Unit. The primary focus of this position is maintenance, service and repair of facilities and equipment. Successful Mechanics are fast learners and self-motivated, independent workers. They will have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions. Mechanical Technicians receive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, and safety.
