Property and Facilities Full-time, fixed-term position for up to five years Based at our St Lucia campus location About This Opportunity: The Associate Director, Infrastructure Performance Optimisation plays a pivotal role in shaping how the University plans, measures and continuously improves the performance of its physical environment. Leading a coordinated, data‑driven approach across the Property and Facilities Division, this role drives operational excellence, sustainability and value for money outcomes across a complex and asset‑intensive portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Infrastructure and Sustainability, you will provide strategic leadership across electricity and utilities management, environmental performance and the Technical Stakeholder Framework. Working in a highly collaborative and purpose‑driven environment, you will influence senior stakeholders, lead specialist teams and embed performance frameworks that support the University’s teaching, research and engagement ambitions.
