Job Overview: Weatherford have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales & Operations Demand Planner to join the team in Ploiesti. The Sales & Operations Demand Planner will be responsible for the development, approval, quality and accuracy of the unit level forecast for all products under multiple product lines within each Segment. This role will partner with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver accurate forecasts that represent the best thinking from all key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Manage demand and planning parameters including forecast, safety stock and min-max. Qualifications: Required: Preferred: - Responsible for producing accurate demand forecasts for all products under multiple product lines. - Maintain and update statistical models and data in the forecasting system. - Determine trends and performance for business and operational metrics. - Review and manage statistical model exceptions. - Collaborate with Sales and Geozone teams to ensure all aspects of forecast are covered including SKUs to forecast. - Own and manage S&OP process for the product line. - Tracks and analyses forecast variance / bias and updates forecasts to continually impro...
