Work Flexibility: Remote As a Field Contract Partner within Stryker’s Customer Solutions team, you will play a critical role in enabling efficient, compliant, and data-driven pricing and contracting execution for standalone hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This role alleviates transactional burden from field sales and Enterprise Account Management (EAM) while preserving pricing and contracting governance and delivering a seamless customer experience. The preferred candidate will be located in the Eastern or Central time zones. This position is 1 of 3 open roles on the team. What you will do: - Project financial and commercial impact of pricing changes, proposals, and contracting scenarios - Develop pricing and contract analyses to support negotiations - Support price files, discount analysis, segmentation, and deal structure evaluation - Conduct competitive and market benchmarking - Serve as primary contact for transactional pricing and contract intake - Create and manage Salesforce workflows - Coordinate with Pricing, CPM, CAA, and Legal - Deliver finalized pricing and contract materials - Upload executed agreements and ensure activation - Build customer-ready pres...
