Job DetailsJob Location: Power Retail/Agronomy - Power, MT 59468Position Type: Full TimeJOB SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to assist the location manager in a variety of tasks to make Mountain View Co-op (MVC) a successful operation. The Laborer must maintain a positive and cooperative attitude that promotes teamwork, integrity, honesty, and helpfulness. The Laborer must embrace and exhibit MVC’s philosophy and culture of customer service. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Reports to the Location Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and maintain a positive customer service experience. Establish and maintain a positive experience for MVC customers, clients, and vendors, through professional interpersonal interactions. Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and tools in order to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness. Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions. Load, unload, and move material to and from storage and production areas as needed.
