Responsibilities: - Thoroughly investigates incidents involving team members and guests, while partnering with HR and Security Manager. Identifying and documenting the cause and develop solutions to prevent conditions from recurring. Provide training with team members to help prevent future incidents. - Analyze incident trends, hazard analysis and other sources of information to identify drivers of incident frequency and severity. - Communicates with Security Manager on a regular basis regarding all incidents, statuses and concerns. - Prepare, review, and place orders for the purchase of first aid and safety equipment.
